Bug description: In arcway when priests use silence the cast bars of the future casts of the mobs are invisible and you cant interrupt them leading to a lot of aoe dmg/mob heal
Proof: Easy to test in arcway

not only priest but any silence effect such as avenger's shield from prot pala or arcane torrent (belf racial)

and not only in arcway but every npc is making their cast instant from this silence (happens in HoV with the mystics too)

yeah, mobs just cast instantly if they have a silence on them, also casting/moving while stunned.

It's a generic bug that we already know about. We are working on all trash mobs from all dungeons as we speak so wait for a fix.
