[REJECTED] [NPC] Stormheim Storm drake whelp missing spawns

Bug description: There are no Storm drake whelps in the area. Should be loacated in cave around 39,56, Stormheim. There are only sleeping Adolescent drakes. I have also searched other caves in the area and I haven't found any single whelp. Also tried on fresh Stromheim character and on character with full story mode completed, so this is not a phasing issue. If/when you will add them, please also check, that the whelps are correctly awarding +75 reputation with Valarjar faction upon kill. Thanks
