PvP Balancer

Hello there.
I'm a PvP Player here and I'm just posting PvP Issues here.
It would be great if you consider my ideas for better PvP experiences.
It seems we have some kind of PvP Balancer here, but the algorithm behind it doesn't work fairly.
I guess your Algorithms have a few variables and parameters that have to be improved actually.
For example the ItemLevel, Role (Supporter(healer), Carry(dps)), PvP Level and their PvP Experiences!
You know I had a match yesterday that we had 4 healers (3 of them were at the prestige 4) and we won that match 1500 - 0 [ez-pz]! and after that we had a match we just had a greeny healer but they've got 3 healers and a bunch of high PvP Levels at prestige >= 3!
So this system doesn't work properly! if there isn't a system to balance the BG, we most certainly need it asap, cause it's getting boring and ppl are stucking at BG like forever!
