[Paladin][Retribution] Divine Shield Proc with Divine Intervention

Bug description: does not proc even if i have the talent "Divine Intervention" link: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=213313&&name=divine-intervention
Proof: got 1 shot by a world boss withered jim, no forbearance or divine shield used. no image yet, but has already happened alot even in pvp

@Brigadee, no it coudn't, that the main reason it's used in pvp, youtube it before you write.

Paladin main here. I was thinking the same. Procs are really inconsistent and a common issue i found was actually gcd. I'll test it later and send you guys more info

update as of 1/11/2018 the problem still persist and i think @Brigadee is right. I think (im not sure tho, my opninion XD) it's most probably about the gcd

Tested this GCD theory today and wiped it out.
Couldn't reproduce it yet, if you could provide me some photos or maybe a video ( try action or bandicom, even trial versions ), would be easier for me to understand why this would happen.

@Brigadee hm, that is somewhat hard to do since it sometimes proc and sometimes does not, but i will try my best to be able to provide a video since that would give more info than a photo for this kind of problem

Use shadow-play since it can save like last 2 mins of something. This would be your best bet to catch something like this. @mawix213

Confirmed.

Found the reason very fast by just testing every spell vs divine intervention.
Here are my results:

0:20 Divine Intervention vs Mount

As you can see, it basically bugs if you are mounted or while being in the channeling of trinkets like draught of souls.
I also tested it vs silence effect, but this works properly.

I fixed those issues mentioned by Elvenking, but there will be other cases possibly.

For this, I added a debug message that will appear in your chat, when Divine Intervention fails to proc for some reason (actually the reason will be written into the chat log).

When that happens, I will need you to post the message (it will be a number) here, so I can investigate further. I reopened the topic and moved it back to pending

lots of time it happened in arena that i get interupted while casting flash of light and die without this proc

208, seen it 2 times on bg today

That's bad, because i get it almost all the time, 80% of time it's not working.
