[FIXED] [PvE] [Raid] Boss Health scaling in Raids (EN,ToV,NH)

Should repair the error, are forcing the raid with more than 20 players, if you want to progress with less than 20 players is almost impossible. Take in consideration the Spanish-speaking community.

Do not worry, there are new formulas for HP bosses.But you need time to fix
