Bug description: the effect of the trinket should be increased by 30% when both items are equipped
Proof: i got the 929 version and it is increased by only 189 per stack (1890 total) it should be 199 per stack (1999 maximum crit)

Confirmed, the item isnt increasing the effect by 30%

The effect should increase the effect of each stack by 30% meaning
189 * .3 = 56.7
189 + 56.7 = 245.7
246.7 * 10 = 2457 max Crit (at maximum stacks) with the Chest and a 925 Version of the trinket

the 925 Trinket is giving 188 per stack rather than 189 at 925 aswell.
