Bug description: Vanish gives +3 sec to Mantle of Master Assassin so 6+3=9 sec

As written in retail blizzard forums (linked above), in 7.1.5 you get 6 seconds of buff on pull, and with VANISH only, you get 3 seconds of subterfuge, and 6 seconds after it for the 9 seconds total. As you can see in my video vanish doesn't grant you 9 sec but 6.

Actually it was a bug that Blizzard hotfixed after learning about it,breaking stealth using Subterfuge isn't supposed to give you an additional 3 seconds to begin with, it is not intended and we just fixed it sooner than retail because it still counts as a bug. Any report regarding this will be REJECTED.
