[FIXED] [Rogue] Subterfuge [Item] Mantle of the Master Assassin

Bug description: Subterfuge combined with Vanish granting an additional 3 seconds
Proof: Lets start with the patch fixes from 7.2

And from this logs you can see that the Mantle of the Master Assassin is not working properly, btw all of the logs are from 7.1.5

This guy, use the vanish on 12 sec, and the buff from Mantle of the Master Assassin last to 21 sec
