[DUPLICATE] [Shaman] [Elemental] Fire Elemental does not scale with haste

Bug description: Fire elementals are not scaling with haste and cast times are not affected by haste. It's also the case when taking Primal Elementalist or not (Perma elementals or temporary elementals). The temporary version of these pets (not taking Primal Elementalist), similarly to the warlock bug recently also gain direct TW buff when summoned before TW but the perma pets with Primal Elementalist don't get the buff.

My bad, might have missed that when I was searching, but seems like Earth elemental's auto attacks scale with haste, seems just the casts from fire elemental for me if that helps. =)

Q*icksand had rewritten the haste system for pets and it is possible that most pets were automatically added to it, but some weren't.
