[FIXED] [Shaman][Elemental] Greater/Primal Earth Elemental's damage

Bug description: The Primal earth elemental does around 6k damage per hit with Primal Elementalist active. Also, the pet's stun is bugged, lasting only ~1 second instead of 4.

Btw, don't expect a huge damage increase, Greater Earth elemental has 15% of his owner's SP as Attack Power, while Primal Earth Elemental has 80% more (that is 27% of his owner's SP).
This is confirmed by my retail tests as well: https://imgur.com/a/0VFAm
As you can see on the screenshot, I have 3713 Spell Power, and I chose Primal Elementalist. 3713 * 0.27 = 1002 damage per swing, reduced by 30% armor, that is ~700 per hit (which is the exact damage shown on the print screen).

This means that the Earth elementals will still deal a very low damage per swing, but they now do roughly 30% more than they did before this fix. But again: earth elementals are SUPPOSED to deal low melee damage.
