Webshop BiS item package deals

When you buy the package deal on the website for the any PvE items, 6 BiS items, can you choose them freely? Or do you get 6 BiS items for the spec you are in.

If not and you can choose which items you want, can you also choose Tier pieces? Or just random BiS items that are gathered through WQ, Dungeons, raids, etc.

I know it's a bit weird to ask about things like this. But I can't really make sense of what you get, etc
