Bug description: It's simple! When I look my stormstrike it said he should deals 410k dmg but when I hit dummy, he can pass 400k only when one or both weapons crit, but normal dmg never reach 400k!

And this is what I get when hitting the dummy ( but with buffs like boulderfist 5 % all dmg, crash lightning 6 % dmg on stormstrike, Landslide 6 % agi etc)!

It said minimum 76k, AVERAGE 202k ..... -.- and maximum 291k! Not even close to 410k! Something is really messed up with enhancement shaman! I don't know why, don't know what but other spells like boulderfist or lava lash or flametongue, hit exactly what it said in the description, and when day crit, they get maybe sometimes doubled the dmg from description. For example, my lava lash said it hits 212k and it hits 212k ... every time! But only with crits lava lash can hit above 212k for example 400k+. BUt for stormstrike it's not like that! It said 410k without any buff, and it hit around 200k-300k without buff and that's normal dmg! So pleace check this, it's main spell for enhancement shaman like you know that already! THanks in advance!

You know firstof all, stormstrike has a main hand and an off-hand attack and second, I just tested and i do on average just as much as it says in the tooltip

Have you heard of armor? Stormstrike deals as much damage as it should, please stop inventing bugs, yet again. Dummies and NPCs have a lot of armor, Stormstrike being physical damage, it's reduced by it.
