Fishing in the Dalaran fountain not working ("Interrupted" text)

Bug description: I have all the requirements for fishing in the Dalaran fountain (in the old Dalaran in Northrend), I did train, I have 430 fishing skill, yet whenever I try to cast fishing I get the "Interrupted" text and nothing happens. I need this to work in order to complete the achievement....I would be very glad if this issue got solved.

This is confirmed not only for old Dalaran but new Dalaran as well as Ironforge's little pond. This renders several achievements and daily quests undoable. If someone looks at this to fix it please check all 3 spots.
