Bug description: when server lags you have the potential to use 2 charges of sef instantly instead of one charge when you spam sef ability and sef: fixate, and this is a huge dps loss when you play with sef. no complains about the lags, it happens and its normal, but it specially happens at the start of the fights when all of the raid members use their cds and theres slightly some lags (not talking about fps).

Stop disregarding the Report Formats, and bring proof.

Confirmed, SeF charges will get consumed if used in quick succession or when spammed, this explains the spell getting consumed twice when its lagging.
Easily replicable with a macro as shown below
