[FIXED] [Warrior][Fury][Talent] War Machine

Bug description: War machine talent is bugged. It should give you haste and speed after killing only those targets that give xp or honor, instead it gives the haste and speed even if u kill a snake. This can be exploited very easily because if I am not mistaken some bosses have little critters in their room and if u kill that critter just before pulling the boss you can easily get 30% haste and for classes like fury warr who already have so much haste this buff+ BL can easily reduce the GCD to like 0.84sec which is insane.I will have a screenshot of myself killing a critter and getting the proc but you can also check anywhere that I am right.Thank you.

Check the trigger section.I dont see anywhere something about honor or exp,smart ***.
