Bug description: Overloaded with light Does not proc from any Spell that the priest casts, it should proc from 4-5 casts of Lights Wrath or should accumulate from any Spell the Priest casts. This should Only proc OUTSIDE of Mythic+ and Raids, and should only proc in Regular Mythic or World.

After playing around with Disc Priest for a while in 7.1.5, I've been able to determine how this works for the most part:

(Some info may be inaccurate due to the difficulty of testing this)
This effect will charge up, which will be conveyed by a spell effect that progresses based upon how much it has charged already:
First, a small cloud of holy particles will appear beneath your feet.
Second, the cloud will grow double in size.
Third, Small specs of holy energy will flow around your character and into Light's Wrath, coming from the cloud.
Fourth, one of two things will happen signifying that it is fully charged:
A voidish-humming / ringing sound will play continuously and your character's hands will glow purple for a few seconds.
A chime noise that sounds like when you loot a legendary will play, your character will have an aura that looks similar to the effect of the Power Infusion talent and your character's hands will glow red for a few seconds.
How the charging effect works:
All damaging (and possibly non-damaging) spells you cast contribute towards charging this effect, seemingly either based upon the spell or by how much damage it does. I have been able to determine this due to the following things I have observed:
While standing still or playing the game without casting spells for an extended period of time, the progress of the charging effect does not seem to change (may charge extremely slowly).
Casting damaging spells repeatedly on enemies randomly in the world does cause the charging effect to progress slowly.
Casting Light's Wrath on enemies randomly in the world also causes the charging effect to progress, but much faster than when not casting it.
Anywhere from 2 - 4 casts of Light's Wrath, in addition to other spells in the timeframe between cooldowns, will fully charge the effect.
This effect may passively charge extremely slowly over time (Unable to confirm or deny).
This charging effect cannot occur in raids or Mythic+ (As far as I am aware).
Once Light's Wrath is used while under the effects of the full charge, there seems to be an internal cooldown before you are able to charge it up again. The cooldown time seems to be roughly 5 minutes.
Once charged, this effect will last for an indefinite amount of time unless one of the following occur, causing the charge to be lost completely:
Dying.
Changing zones.
Entering any form of loading screen.
logging out of the game.
Aside from these, the following will cause the charging up process to reset, but will not remove the full charged effect if you already have it:
Taking a flight path.
Entering a vehicle or otherwise losing control of your character due a mind control effect (Either being mind controlled by another preist / other means or using your own mind control without the Dominant Mind talent).
Some other things worth mentioning:
The damage caused by Light's Wrath when this effect is fully charged CAN critically strike.
The damage caused by Light's Wrath when this effect is fully charged is increased by all other forms of damage increases including its own +10% damage per atonement you have active and the effect of the Schism talent.
Light's Wrath when fully charged hits ABSURDLY HARD when the enemy is under the effects of the Schism talent and several active atonements and as such, an asbsurd amount of healing to your atonement targets. 7 million damage critical hits are common with high gear levels.
