Bug description: I did the quest Strong like the Earth and I abandoned Waste not, by mistake. Now, the quest does not appear at the quest giver, even after relog or deleting Cache folder several times.

Problem solved. The quest giver for Thunder Struck quest isn't Enchanter Nalthanis (Dalaran), but Jace Darkweaver ( Illidari Stand- Aszuna).
