Bug description: Characters are not dosplayed in personal account. At the "VOTEWOWFREAKZ" page at "Mounts" tab the dropdown list of my characters is empty. "NO CHARACTERS" is claimed

You're logged on the wrong account, you need to use the same account that you use to log in wow.
