[FIXED] Milling & Sallow Pigment / Nightmare Pod drop

Bug description: Sallow Pigments are extremely rare, making inscription an unnecessary headache, and tome prices absurdly high

here's why: from 7 stacks (1400) of dreamleaf I received 560 Roseate Pigments, 12 Sallow Pigments, 5 Nightmare Pods. In the video above, you can clearly see that the ratio is extremely different, and the drop rate is a lot higher. The guys has the same amount of Roseate Pigments, but 77 Sallow Pigments, and 35 Nightmare Pods.

Additionally, Nightmare Pod almost never have Sallow pigments in them. Drop rate is TOO low.

This is really important because Inscription is absolutely dead right now.
