That is the generic error for "disconnected from server", we need more info. When this happens, what errors you receive before , etc

the problem happens when I am inside the game, there are times that I disconnect at 2 minutes, other times at 5 minutes.

i have the same problem . no error prior to disconnect. i am either in bg or dungeon queue , or just sitting or questing , i get disconnected...
