Mount / Achievement transfer from MoP server to Legion

Hi, I've played on the server for a while during WOTLK, Cata and a bit of MoP before taking a break from the game altogether. I heard that when the Legion server came up we didn't have our characters transfered to it but instead there was an option given at the time to transfer your achievements, mounts and stuff like that from MoP to a new character here, is that still possible or do I have to start it all from scratch?
