[Northrend][Dragonblight] Rifle the Bodies

Bug description: One gets credit, but doesn't get the item requred for the quest. I checked the database and i know that this quest was completed a lot of times, but I interacted with all the corpses and every one of them gives me credit but no item.

Confirm quest gets credit with touching mage hunters but you don't get " Moonrest Gardens Plans "

There are 406 players that completed it , but i presume that was during beta test???? it's a quest everybody starting Northrend gets.

Found out that other than the former Core (MOP) here are quests linear , if 1 quest is not possible like this one it blocks alot of content.
