Help my achievement progress stuck

hello i have a problem, my achievement progress is stuck https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=10853&&name=part-of-history
i'm sure this achievement is not bug because i saw my guild mate earn that. and i saw in .info command many players completed that too. and here is the proof

sorry i had to bump this my old thread because my achievement is still stuck and can't get that artifact skin
so, i just realized this is a problem on migrate character, me and my friend who also migrate too has the same problem, because migrate character has 5 AK from the begining. i think that's the problem
