the item is gone but no effects on me and just lost 10000 gold on nothing
again i wish to get the item again so i may unlock the appearances for ALL my chars
i request to pls send the item but only after the bug of only learning the 'Useable' appearances is fixed

um...
I don't get a receipt but still..
the only proof I have is that the other appearances are unlocked for me..
why on earth would i get the offhand appearance for my dh..
using 10000g is waaaaaay much easier that spending 18000 on individual ones for until my alts get the secret appearance..

moreover.. can the bug be fixed?
