[DUPLICATE] PvP bug

Bug description: If I turn the PvP off, it should not turn on until I turn it on or until I go to a PvP zone or to the other faction's territory. However it is very common that PvP flag randomly turns on. Last time when I've completed the world quest "[110] Won't Anyone Think of the Whelps?" in Azsuna, Faronaar, but I have heard that the monk spell "Storm, Earth, and Fire" also triggers it because it attacks players from the other faction with PvP turned off(until the first hit after that it turns on), "shadowmeld" also turns it on if there is another player near to the mob because the mob attacks the player instead of me. It is a very common bug, as many other player experiences this problem, and because of it's type(random, don't know what triggers it actually, these situations are only a few of the list that I can remember and noticed in time) I can't screen it.
Proof: The "shadowmeld" bug and the "Storm, Earth, and Fire" bug are reproducible, but as I said it is only a few of the list. Starfall spell also triggers pvp as it damages pets of unfriendly players while in PvP disable(until the first hit).

Having an issue with the PVP flag as well. I was turning in some normal quests and got flagged but didn't notice when. I waited in an inn for well over 5 min after making sure PVP was disabled and it didn't go away. I flew to the Undercity and waited another 5 min and still didn't go away. So I'm still waiting and it just won't remove itself. I even tried the /logout command after enabling and disabling pvp to refresh it. Not sure what else there is to do.....

[Update May 9 2018] Was experimenting earlier on an alt and retraced my steps of my BE Paladin that is permanently flagged and it seems something at Light's Hope in the Eastern Plaguelands flagged me. I noticed I was flagged as soon as I had left the area, however I didn't attack anything. I only talked to quest givers, so now I have two characters permanently flagged even with PVP disabled and have been in friendly capital cities for more than 5 min. So something has to be glitched/bugged.

So assuming my thread about this has been closed, and this one isn´t getting an answer... Does that mean that the bug is getting ignored by GMs or they are trying to fix it atm?

It is only important for those who have not got 9999+ gear and does NOT want to be slained constantly just because doing PVE.
