Bug description:

When you select these spells on autocast, they work. However when you mount and dismount, or used hearthstone or change to another zone, the autocast gets deactivated.

Proof:

I do not have a screen capturing software but I found a similar bug thread in MoP section. The same thing is happening here in Legion realm.
