[COMPLETED] Hidden appearance warrior arms

Details: (optional) I used the arms hidden, which I got from Secrets of the Axes quest but despite the cinematic, weapon appearance didn't change. I wasn't expecting any bugs in there and was fairly new. So I don't have any screenshots. I had used it in new Dalaran- near the bank.
Now since I didn't have any proof whatsoever, I kept quiet. Now the quest that gives the hidden has a daily chance to appear in class hall missions for followers. I've waited 5 months to acquire it again but never once has the quest appeared again. Idk why but my warrior class hall is bugged. I see the same quests stuck since forever, have sent in 3-4 tickets, disabled all add-ons, deleted WTF and cache folder. But it's still bugged really. I can't see the no. of order hall resources at top of screen either. This doesn't happen with any other character.
So please do something. Thank you.
