Details: (optional) i was questing in suramar and i got to a quest called Kel'danath's legacy The quest is withered charmed but the problem is i did not get the item to charm them with off the quest giver i have tried to cancel the quest and re take it after login in and out but nothing seems to work

Try abandon quest > delete wow cache and disable all addons .
