Goblin starting experience

Hello,

I started a new char on my account, a Goblin, and after doing some quests on Kezan I got this quest: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=14126/life-savings and after completing it teleported me to Orgrimmar instead of sending me to Lost Isles to continue the quest line http://www.wowhead.com/quest=14239/dont-go-into-the-light#videos.

Since the database is not working from some time, I'm asking if is a way to continue the quests on Lost Isles? My goal is to complete this quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=25267/message-for-saurfang and get the Gobber https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=69046 (wowhead link).

Can anyone help me please?

From there the quests, including the one you linked are not scripted.

Not sure if this is about the legion or MoP server, but however on both servers it's not scripted

So Gobber https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=69046 (wowhead link) is unobtainable for Goblins?

I play on Legion.

Can you please add this spell https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=69046 on goblin characters on legion realm too? like you did on cataclysm/mop until the broken isles gets fully fixed ?
