Quest item disappears after accepting quest - emptry firewater flask

Well I was questing in winterspring for loremaster... and I kill those furbolg mobs and they drop this item as quest ... I accept the quest from the item and the item disappears from the bag.. so I kill some more for drop But nope.. they don't drop until I abandon the quest.. then again the next mob after I abandon the quest drops the item.. but it too disappears after I accept the quest... I need the item to complete the quest and get the next quest in the chain for winterspring quest achi

well .... I got the achievement by doing other quests :p .. so I don't really need this item anymore

cuz I'm just gona abandon this quest
