Bug description: Should trigger on low level units as well.

I will ask for solid proof in this case. 99.99% of the spells that do stuff when you kill a target, you are required to kill a target that actually yields experience or honor. There are only a handful of exceptions to this rule. So I'll need proof before doing anything

Rejected. Soul Flame shouldn't trigger off low levels since it is an artifact trait. I never recalled Soul Flame working on low levels in retail 7.1.5. If you find proof that it should please remake a report and show the proof. Thank you.
