Havoc Demon Hunter CS/Annihilation Critical ratio hit problem

Without Mark of the Claw proc, I have 47 crit chance.
My Chaos Strike; from 483 hit, only got 178 Crit hit.
Annihilation; from 140 hit, only 52 Critical hit.
I believe this is not normal.

I have both Memento of Angerboda and Entwined Elemental Foci for crit procs as well as T19 4P
I also find that both Chaos Strikes and Annihilation should be having a much higher than observed critical strike
Measured for 400M total damage done on Raider's Training Dummy in Stormwind

On a side note, Demon Blades seem to be only 35% of auto-attacks? Which seems to be the complete opposite of 65% stated in talent tree?
