[FIXED] [Priest][Holy] Prayer of mending vs LoS

Bug description: Problem is with jumping mechanism of prayer of mending. Lets say i play with dps "A" and dps "B". I cast prayer of mending on player "A" who takes damage. Now, in order to prayer of mending jumps to player "B" 3 conditions need to be met:

1) Player "B" needs to be in range of jump (default 20 yards) and in line of sight of player "A"
2) Player "A" needs to be in range of jump and in line of sight of the healer
3) Player "B" needs to be in range of jump and in line of sight of the healer

However, how it should works is that prayer of mending could (but not must) jump to player "B" only if 1st condition is met. In other words prayer of mendind should be able to jump between two dps regardless of healer position (just as toolkit says: "jumps to another party or raid member within 20 yds") .

Currently, holy priests are doing so much less healing , since we are losing stacks of prayer of mending and we are forced to choose talent rapid mending.

So the holy priest there in 2h17m14s (idk why link doesnt work properly), goes behind pillar, cast "Divine Hymn" (that forces prayer of mending jump even without taking damage) and prayer of mending jumping between two dps even that healer is not in line of sight.

I can confirm that Prayer of Mending isn't jumping to targets that are outside of LoS.
However I'm not sure how the behavior is in retail.
I will leave this post open for a bit and ask Quicksand about it.

The video that i attached is from retail server.

According to this video prayer of mending shoud not jump to the target that is outside LOS (so it is not bugged).

Prayer of mending shoud jump to ANY target within 20 yards (or 40 if talented) and within LOS.

On this sever healer need to be both in range and within LOS to person from whom prayer is jumping from and in range and LOS to person who receive it. As like, priest casts prayer of mending every time prayer is jumping.

Ohh I understand now.. So the LoS is in fact working correctly, as in, if there are no targets in LoS the PoM buff should just disappear.
However It's not jumping to other allies unless the healer is both in range (20yd) and in LoS of both of them.
I will test this and post proof later if it's broken.

Range bug: Confirmed.

I'm still not 100% sure how LoS should work vs Prayer of Mending... I'll do some more research and update if needed.

You can see here that Prayer of Mending does in fact jump though LoS.
