Ingame download always at 0%. Now Legion UI textures don't load

Bug description: Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place to put this. Since the install, my download percent has been at 0. I have been able to play the game fine until now. In Legion when I'm in the Class Hall, none of the UI textures work, such as the Cursed Forge and Class Hall Mission board thing. I'm not sure if they are connecte or not. Ill try to get pictures next time I am there.

That's just visual, I have the full client and it's still showing 0%.

Try to delete the cache folder, it might help to solve this issue.

Also, please post some screenshots.

Sorry, I ended up fixing the issue by just downloading it through the torrent method and that fixed it.
