[FIXED] [Demon Hunter][Vengeance] Soul Fragments not spawning on Krosus after Hotfix

Bug description: Soul fragments don't spawn at all on Krosus all difficulties, making it impossible to tank , did 2-3 tries on LFR thers 0 souls generated after using fracture and all other generating abilties, this is happening after recent fix on soul fragments spawn point which now is on the mob rather than the character , Please fix this asap! Down is Skada with healing done by spell and mid fight ( no fragments ) at all during all the fight
