Can't find instant 90 server

Hi,
I have downloaded both clients (myst and legion, or whatever they are). But neither of them is instant lvl 90 as I read on the website.
What's wrong? How do I get to the one instant 90?

The MoP realm (5.4.8) is instant 90.

I was reading that post you linked and it said I have to click on NFC to get instant 90 pg. What the hell is a NFC?

NPC (Non Player Character), you can find it in the starting zone.
