[REJECTED] Urgent, Pending Faction Change

Username for the account is the same as forum login name.

Details: I purchased a faction change, and I chose Draenei. The problem I'm having is that when I click complete the race change appeance tab that appeared on my character select sheet, it keeps saying "Could Not Customize Character" and does not let me advance.

I wanted to name change and change the appearance along with the faction change, which seems to be available but it refuses to let me.

The name I wanted to select would be Daddystrut. It is not taken.

Log on your character => Logout => Customize it and press finish.
