Bug description: At Elisande is Phase 2/ Phase 3 - The Epocheric Orbs are bugged.
1. In the below screenshot you can see 5 people soaking the Orbs. However (me as a soaker is hit by 2 orbs instead of 1(which I am soaking). In this case maybe the radius of SOAKED orbs is not reduced to 5 yards (as should be - screenshot for proof attached)

2. In case if we soak 4 Orbs (1 missed) there are 4 explosions (Epocheric Orb Falloff) instead of just 1 hitting the raid (hence wiping raid).
Proof: I could post ss of this but since its 4 explodes > 5 mil there is only corpses on soaking area (only ppl with immunity survive this bug)
Note: Some people are saying this bug happens when sometimes the soakers are not on soaking spot atleast 5 seconds before soaks hit ground.. (IMO it should not happen if soakers are on proper place even 1 second before it hits the ground ) ?
