Bug description: first void zone of this skill should have a bit more cast time, currently it's very hard to avoid it because cast time of first void zone is the same with other (~1 second)

I will reject this topic because, modifying the cast-time at the server run-time is simply not supported by our systems yet. It will definitely get fixed once we implement a similar system.
