Artifact Full Traits cost reduction

Hi. I don't know if this has been suggested already, but make it so that the price of "Artifact full traits (54/54)" in the wow shop kind of "scales" with the amount of AP the current weapon has earned. And since the higher traits require more artifact power than the lower ones, the price can be based around the AP needed to get to 54 traits, not traits themselves.
An example: Say that I currently have 42 traits on my weapon and wish to buy the feature. Instead of costing $97.6, it will cost $64.1.
