Pally artifact problem and how to get her :) pliiz help

Hello evevrybody

As its my first time on legion and my first time in this server can someone please tell me how to unlock my third artifact relic as a pally because when i was playing on the monster wow server in lvl 14 the relic unlocked by her serlf so when i asked how to get it unlocked here ppls say u must do a quest other say u need to farm ap to get lvl 34 in the weapons so i checked google and youtube but the problem is in my class hall description i have no quests in it so please guys help me and tell me the quest to unlock it and thank you very much
