Bug description: Trait doesn't trigger after 3-5 melee weapon swings all the time. you will sometimes have 5 weapon swings in a row without any proc, not even on the 7th swing.
Proof: For your first three auto attacks (counting both, main hand and off hand) there is no chance for it to proc. The fourth hit, however, has a 50% chance. Shadow Techniques (passive):
This ability has a misleading tooltip and works like this:
It has a 50% chance to proc on the 4th weapon swing and is guaranteed on the 5th.

This means you can estimate the proc and time it within a time window.

test 3 minutes with this weakaura and consume the cp with eviscerate and you will see getting to 5+ melee swings and no proc from the trait

Confirmed.
Shadow Techniques doesn't trigger after 3-5 melee weapon swings. It procks random. Someties it procks on the first aa. and sometimes it procks on the eighth aa.
