[COMPLETED] Relooting chests make them disappear? Anyone else?

Details: (optional) Hello! Today i went to pick up my Blazing Chest in the Ordon Sanctuary which apparently is a 1 time chest per character. Me being kinda stupid and forgetting to remove some items from my inventory and a mob killed me as i was in the chest. When i died the chest just disappeared. For some reason everytime i open a chest and then reloot it, it just disappears. Anyone else?

I lost 2x Burdens of Eternity

and 1x Timeless Cloak.

For me being 498 its kinda a big loss. So please get this fixed asoon as possible.
