Lord Jaraxxus toy is broken

Bug description: I bought this toy yesterday , I don't know why , because I didn't get anything I was promised ... For starters , I don't even hear the taunts , my friend can hear them but I can't . I'm not a centimeter taller than normal ( as you can clearly see , the screenshots provide great comparisons between normal height and the lord Jaraxxus toy ).
Paid a lot of time , got nothing close to what I expected .

So it can be seen clearly that we are in a party , the duration of this toy is like 30 seconds , my name is replaced from Geeroyjerkin to Lord Jaraxxus but my friends see's me just like my normal self without the toy . But for some reason he can hear the laugh when I taunt him with the toy ...
I can see myself as a short , midget Lord Jaraxxus , as I've said before , I can't hear anything when I press my abilities.
Can someone fix this bug or whatever it is , or can I just get my 20 vote points back .
