Bug description: While under the effects of the skeleton form from Noggenfogger Elxir, attempting to mount either a ground or flying mount gives you the error "You cannot do that while shapeshifted." Attempts were made by an Unholy DK around lvl 68.
Proof: Get the skeleton form, attempt to mount.

Confirmed.

Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): You can now mount while transformed into a skeleton.
