WoW Freakz spell link: Frozen Orb
Bug description: In oggrimar maneken area stay right in front of the maneken and cast ebonbolt + flurry + ice lance + frozen orb, frozen orb flies through maneken even though you launch it directly in front of it
Proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0g79xDqa8Vc on this video on 2:16 frozen orb doesnt go through the maneken and the user gets a lot of FoF procs (perhaps this is the maneken issue not the frozen orb coz i have seen it working in dugneons)

I'm quite sure it's tied to the dummy, cause some dummies reset unless you start melee autoattacking them before you test out your spells, and everytime frozen orb deals dmg, the dummy resets. So, maybe that's messing with the procs. One more thing, if you're casting orb make sure you're like outside from the hitbox of the boss, so a bit like 2-5yds away and it should work alright.



PS: Also, the FoF is as you know rng, so the amount of procs you get varries, you cannot really test once and say I didn't get as many procs as the person in a video (also traits, set pieces, legendaries, talents...). And from my personal experience, Frozen orb procs FoF correctly on bosses.

It's entirely visual. When it looks like Frozen Orb flies right past the target dummy, it is on the server side still next to the target dummy, damaging it.
