Using other Legion 7.1.5 torrent due to low seeds

Hello everyone.

I am new to Legion. I am currently downloading WoW Legion 7.1.5 using wowcircle's torrent instead of the one provided in the download's section here. I tried using that torrent but I get very low download speed maybe because of not enough seeders/leechers.

Now I am worried if it will work if I use that torrent that I am currently downloading (and is almost finished) if I just download Freak'z Legion 7.1.5 Launcher.

I also noticed that this Legion torrent that I am currently downloading has lesser sizes (maybe 5 or 6 gigabytes less) compared to Freakz Legion torrent which is I think at 47gb. Is that fine?

One last thing, do I have to change anything inside the WoWLegion folder before playing? Like the config.wtf file or maybe realmlist?

I hope someone could help me. I'd be really glad.

You need our launcher in order to play, there is no other way, the torrent works but i think you have to change a specific file there in order to make the launcher start

I already downloaded the launcher from the website and tried to open it using the freakz_launcher.exe but i get this error instead.

Also, as I said from my above post that I used wow_circle's torrent instead of the freakz one due to slow download, I only get these files after the torrent is complete. Note that I already extracted the freakz launcher zip file in there:

You can use another client and just put our launcher there. For your issue please see this topic https://www.wow-freakz.com/legion_download, the solution is there, you just have to read it

Hey thanks @shocker. I managed to fix it by just doing the config replace thing.

One more concern though, it takes a long time before I can connect. Sometimes it just stucks at "connecting" and sometimes "unable to connect". Sometimes it says no realms currently available. :/ I managed to get pass that after a couple of times and waiting and trying. Now I can enter character creation and trying out the level 100 class trial.

EDIT: MAnaged to enter game but I have 3k + latency. T_T I have stable connection though. Any workaround for this?

This is a known issue for which we don't have a solution yet, happens randomly for some unknown reasons

I checked your connection and it doesn't seem stable, there's a high loss between our server and your ISP, unfortunately that's not something we can do anything about

I see. Thanks for the reply! I think this is a common problem from my ISP to game servers specially WoW. I always have 500ms stable latency for some reason. I think using proxy servers will do the trick.
