Error on first launch

Hi all,

new here and new to private wow servers.

I downloaded the Legion files via the torrent. I have checked that the config file is not read only.
There was NO cache folder to deleted.

Then I launched launcher_freakz.exe file.

I get a World of Warcraft error which is listed below
