o sa vina shockeru si o sa intrebe. ce nu merge?

duration increase by 3 sec
slow increased by 10%
healing reduced by 20%

sunt 3 chestii care ar putea merge / nu merge in talentu ala.

faptul ca targetul la frostbolt ia 70% slow? faptul ca tine 13 secunde slowu in pvp in loc de 10 cum e normal? partea cu healingu? ...

ps:o sa vina shockeru sati zica ca ala nu e bug report ce ai facut tu acolo.. tre mai detaliat
