[REJECTED] Convergence of Fates and Serenity at Windwalker MOnk

Bug description: I tried many times with Convergence of Fates and Serenity on my Windwalker Monk, it turned out that CoF doesn't reduce the CD on Serenity at all and when i check the item it still says that it may have chance to decrease the remaining CD on Storm, Earth and Fire and I was not even using SeF but Serenity at that time ? ( I did relog to try fixing it that way - didn't work) I was closely looking at the remaining CD on both SeF and Serenity, at least once in each pull when i was using SeF the trinket was reducing 5 secs at least, with Serenity 7 tries already and no CD reduced. CoF has a very low RPPM when using Serenity (1.58), so obviously it doesn't proc that often. However it works as intended: https://youtube.com/watch?v=zgnHHBZrqDQ:



As you can see from that video, it recharged in exactly 1 minute and 20 seconds, meaning CoF procced 2 times, which is correct, considering that it should proc 1.58 times in one minute.
